Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Collaborating with the team to improve service delivery and processes. Provide options and maintain average ticket sales for maintenance and repairs. Identify opportunities for replacements and flip them to our sales advisors or call your supervisor to assist you with the sales process.
