Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A virtual
opportunity is available for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
to support K-12 students in California through teletherapy
services. This contract role focuses on delivering speech-language
therapy and assessments to a preschool and early elementary
caseload in a school district setting, lasting for the remainder of
the current school year. Key responsibilities include: Conducting
speech and language assessments for students Leading and
participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
Providing direct speech therapy services to students virtually
Supervising a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Managing a
caseload primarily consisting of TK-2nd grade students,
approximately 25 in total, with 15-20 receiving speech-only
services Maintaining accurate documentation and service logs
through the SEIS system Desired qualifications and experience:
Current California Speech-Language Pathology license Experience
working in a California school district within the past 1-2 years
Familiarity with SEIS student information system required;
candidates must provide a recent reference from a district using
SEIS Proven ability to conduct high priority assessments and lead
IEP meetings Capability to effectively supervise SLPA personnel
This full-time teletherapy contract offers a flexible schedule of
approximately 25 hours per week and emphasizes weekly compensation
for both direct and indirect services rendered. Candidates
