Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a distribution warehouse in Fresno, CA. This is a 3rd shift, temporary assignment supporting warehouse and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with conveyor systems and PLC-controlled equipment in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Candidates must be able to work independently and supply their own tools. Starting pay is $35 hourly. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyor systems and warehouse equipment Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems Identify equipment issues and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives Respond to emergency maintenance needs during the shift Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Document maintenance activities and repairs as required Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing or distribution environment Strong experience with conveyor repair and maintenance Working knowledge of PLC systems and industrial controls Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues Must supply own tools Ability to work independently on 3rd shift Strong attention to safety and detail Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a high-volume distribution warehouse Familiarity with automated material handling systems Electrical or mechanical certifications a plus Work Environment Distribution warehouse setting Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around moving machinery 3rd shift hours: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pay Details: $35.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
