Job Description Job Description Mechanic Refrigeration / RSCS, a comprehensive Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service company with operations across 10 states and over 25 years in the business, is currently seeking Low-Temperature Refrigeration Service Technicians. MRC / RSCS is dedicated to fostering a strong team environment and is looking for technicians who are collaborative, take pleasure in working on diverse low-temperature refrigeration and HVAC-R systems, and thrive within a supportive team ecosystem. Requirements Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Refrigeration Service Technician Proficient in: Replacing mechanical seals on pumps and compressors Leak Detection Performing motor alignments Diagnosing and working with electrical systems and controls Troubleshooting and servicing multiple brands of equipment and control systems Understanding refrigeration systems (not residential or commercial-only experience) Capable of: Working independently in client facilities Troubleshooting and repairing equipment when operators cannot Performing start-ups of ammonia refrigeration systems Ideal Candidate Qualities: Experienced in both commercial and industrial refrigeration Self-motivated, hands-on, and a self-starter Well-organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with travel and participating in an on-call rotation Must have a clean driving record If you're confident in your skills and ready to take on challenging and rewarding work, we encourage you to apply.
