Job Description:

Challenging career position for payroll manager in this well establish organization in Central Bakersfield. Candidates will be responsible for handling all client payroll and tax needs. Responsibilities will include:

---Understand all aspects of the payroll process.

---Understand workers comp laws.

---Collect all customer data for a new client set up.

---Key data and verify data accuracy for new client setup.

---Handle client phone calls

---Work in a team environment.



Requirements

Minimum 5 years of payroll experience - Bachelor's or associates degree

Systems orientated including proficiency in MS Excel Knowledge of wage and hour laws and taxability of wages

Effective communicator with individuals at all levels within an organization
