$29 - $31 hour (Pay rate offered with be based on education and
experience level.)Annual Pay Rate $60,320-64,48020% PLACEMENT
FEERegistered NurseThe Registered Nurse must demonstratefamiliarity
with dialysis procedures and the knowledge, skills and
judgementnecessary to assume the responsibility of caring for the
dialysis patient. Thisposition exercises knowledge of patient
rights and ensures an atmosphere whichallows for the privacy,
dignity and well-being of all patients in a safe,secure
environment. Position cooperates and works together with all
co-workersto plan and complete job duties with applicable
supervisory direction,including exercising job-appropriate
judgement.Essential FunctionsComplieswith all American Renal
Management (ARM) policies and procedures as well asfederal, state,
OSHA and other agency regulations applicable to the position.
MaintainsHIPAA compliance.Promotespositive public relations with
patients, their family members, guests, physiciansand coworkers.
Uses tactful and appropriate communications in all
work-relatedinteractions.Actsas a resource person for other staff
members.Ensuressafe and efficient care of all patients and informs
physician in a timelymanner of any unusual findings or
complaints.Demonstratesand sustains job competencies and skills to
perform patient assessments,dialysis treatments, patient
monitoring, treatment or emergency interventions, patienteducation,
medication administration, water treatment monitoring
anddocumentation.Ensuresthe delivery of high-quality care by
adhering to ARM standards of care, andthrough compliance with
federal, state, OSHA, and other agencyregulations.Participatesin
the Total Quality Management program as directed by the Clinic
Manager.Providespatient education to address ESRD and the dialysis
treatment.Administersmedications as allowed by the State RN Nurse
Practice Act.Participatesin outcomes monitoring by evaluating
patients monthly lab results and notifyingthe nurse in charge,
Clinic Manager and/or Physician of any abnormal orcritical
values.Promotesefficient use of medical supplies and assists with
the evaluation of newproducts.Participatesin staff meetings and
assists with the development of care plans as needed todiscuss
patient needs and improve the quality of care delivered.Performs
job duties in accordance with all state/licensing
requirements.Performsadditional duties as assigned by supervisor.

RegisteredProfessional Nurse with current state
licensure.Workexperience as a professional nurse preferred.Meetsall
applicable state/licensing requirements.Hemodialysisexperience
preferred but not required.BasicLife Support (BLS)
certification.CurrentCPR CertificationAbilityto read and interpret
documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenanceinstructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak
effectively with clientsand fellow staff members. OnCall:No
