Date: 4-6 weeks*Qualification Requirements:** Must have current
California Psychiatrist License* Must have 1 year *Psychiatrist
*experience* Must have current BLS from AHA* Must have Malpractice
Insurance* Must have a DEA*Benefits:** Physical exams (cover by
