for you! Position Available We are currently looking for an
Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our
mission to deliver outstanding dental care within the community and
assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for

in morning meetings (feel free to lead one!), organize your day,
express appreciation to your team, and highlight excellent examples
of customer service, teamwork, and goal achievement. Enjoy working
with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient
demographic. Responsibilities As an Associate Dentist, you will
provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your
team. Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital
x-ray and Panorex units Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA,
and Emergency Management training A supportive team structure: 1
hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per
provider A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30%
adults (varies by location) An office flow averaging 10-12
operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state
insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors This role offers
opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and
collaboration. What We Offer Guaranteed base salary exceeding $200K
with unlimited earning potential Sign-on bonus of $50,000 Student

possess: A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program
accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current,
valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or
eligibility for licensure Additional certifications as required,
such as CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS,
DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to
