Description: This position blends charge nurse, clinical mentor,
and manager responsibilities. The clinician provides on-shift
leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient
care. They support staff and promote a positive work environment.
Clinicians round on patients and address service or safety
concerns. They serve as a resource for both clinical and
interpersonal issues. Clinicians may take charge nurse assignments
as needed, depending on census and staffing levels. This role
requires strong leadership skills and the ability to foster
teamwork and collaboration. Candidates should be committed to
