Health Pay: $2,320 to $2,480 per week Shift Information: Days - 5
days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About
the Position Pay Rate: $58.00 - $62.00/Hourly. Summary: We are
looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team of
health professionals in providing excellent health care in our
facility. Typically, you'll be working with post-op patients to
help them with recovery. You will be consulting with them to learn
about their current condition and assess their patient evaluations
in order to develop proper treatment plans. Responsibilities:
Performs appropriate evaluation tests and measurements based on the
patient’s diagnosis. Develop treatment plans, including reassess
and revise every 6 weeks or earlier based on patient's progress.
Performs physical therapy techniques appropriate to the diagnosis.
Demonstrates use of physical therapy modalities appropriate to the
diagnosis. Documents progress reports for patients in a timely
manner to coincide with physician follow up visits, and to assist
with compliance for insurance carriers and utilization review
companies for authorization and reimbursement. In addition to
scheduled weekday and Saturday shifts, will share with other PTs
coverage for in-patient care on holidays and Sundays (generally one
holiday per year and Sunday coverage 6-8 times per year).
Requirements Requirements: Graduate of an accredited program of
Physical Therapy and a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of
California. BLS Certification, CA State Physical Therapy License.
