Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations and accounting processes within the plant.
  
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing key insights to management for strategic decision-making.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and track budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  
• Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting policies, local regulations, and company guidelines.
  
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives to optimize financial performance.
  
• Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
  
• Support in the preparation of financial statements, audit processes, and tax compliance.
  
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
  Requirements:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
    
  • Proven experience as a Plant Controller, Financial Controller, or similar role, preferably within the agriculture or manufacturing industry.
