Pay Rate $29.50/hrEnsure equipment is operating in a safe and optimal mannerEffectively troubleshoot and repair all equipment in an expert mannerCarry out preventative maintenance efficiently and expertlyInteract with production, co-workers and vendors/contractors in an efficient, safe, and professional manner----High school graduate or equivalentMust be familiar with centrifugal pumps, PD pumps, progressive cavity pumps, understand gear ratios and speedsMust have the knowledge to use hand tools and operate power toolsMust be able to operate a drill press and hydraulic pressMust be able to perform quality welds in a horizontal position using MIG, TIG and ARCMust know fundamentals of basic electricityMust be able to use a multimeter, tape measure and a torque wrench in ft-lb and in-lbMust have basic knowledge of three phase motors, motor controls, wrapping and food processing equipmentAble to troubleshoot and have the ability to read electrical and mechanical schematicsMust have a good understanding of safe work practices and knowledge of OSHA standardsAbility to read, understand, and implement written instructions and procedures in EnglishEffective communication skills and must be able to work effectively in a group settingAble to work independentlyAble to work flexible hours and able to work in all three shiftsMust be detail oriented and have strong mathematical aptitudeMust be able to pass Math/Reading Comprehensive testAble to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10) hours on concrete/metal grate floor and work in cold--
