Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic inside
Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will
generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your
responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales
reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within
your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful
deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional
customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to
close deals. This position encompasses customer service and sales.
The position also requires full product, sales and order entry
process knowledge, as well as industry knowledge, product
awareness, and an ability to sell the brand. The role must also be
able to handle all customer types (construction, special event,
seasonal, long term) as well as interact professionally with all
the team personality types. Responsibilities Total Customer Care:
Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers,
provide customer support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Product
knowledge and pricing be able to offer all available products to
customer so they can make an informed decision about their rental
and or service selection. Complete understanding of the entire
customer service process including notes, order entry, complaint
handling, inventory availability, service issues, and accounts
receivable topics Be ready and able to answer inbound telephone
calls and redirect to appropriate department if necessary. Develop
rapport and build relationships with existing and potential
customers Meet or exceed designated sales targets Create and
implement an effective sales strategy Document all leads, sales,
and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM)
program Technology Knowledge: be able to work with all software the
company uses to manage and maintain customers and remain proficient
in CRM, as well and order entry in dispatching software. Use best
practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Generate leads by finding potential new sales opportunities.
Perform other duties assigned. Qualifications High school
diploma/GED required, Bachelors degree preferred Ability to work
overtime, Weekends, and Holidays - as requested and needed.
weekends and overtime required during busy season (may-September).
5 years experience in customer service 5 years experience in sales
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills Strong written
and verbal communication skills A positive attitude and ability to
be persistent Drug-Free, must pass a drug test if/when requested If
