Job Description Job Description Job Title: In-Home Dialysis Support (Tehachapi, CA) Location: Bodfish, CA 93205 Compensation: $25 per hour About the Role We're seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver who would like to become a Dialysis Care Partner . This role is ideal for professionals who are familiar with dialysis routines are phlebotomists and are open to receiving training on dialysis machine setup and treatment support. Key Responsibilities Assist with patient setup for dialysis treatments (e.g., NxStage, Tablo, or similar machines) Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and help maintain treatment schedules Monitor safety and assist with light activities of daily living (ADLs) Communicate with clinic nurses and care coordinators Document observations and any concerns during support hours Qualifications CNA, Phlebotomy certification preferred Willingness to be trained on dialysis machine setup and treatment support Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented Strong interpersonal communication skills Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform What We Offer Consistent weekly hours at $25/hour Stable scheduling tailored to the client's care plan Training support and placement assistance Independence with the backing of a clinical care team
